Different tree colour at edges
« on: October 06, 2017, 09:40:21 AM »
Hello,
I'm fairly new to forestpack.
I'm looking for a way to 'deteriorate' the colors of the trees at the edges of a forest. Here at the edges of a spline.
There's a falloff for density and scale , but is there any possibility to control the tree colors close to the edges?  (without using the 'color from map')
Or do I miss Something out?

Thanks for your help!

Cédric

Hi Cédric,

You might find helpful the Tint by Boundary Effect (which allows you to control the tint of a Forest Colour map based on the item's distance from an include spline's boundary). Hope that helps.

Best regards,
