Forest for a Facade?
« on: August 12, 2014, 04:43:04 PM »
i have to build a facade like in the image shown

these are horizontal bands with slightly different color
and
the we have 6 different vertical width but the space between the bands has to be identical ... lets say 2 centimeters

does it make sense, is it possible to build such a facade with forest ???

when i try to scatter objects with different length vertivally i have different spaces between the objects

Hi,

I'm afraid this one is not task for Forest Pack. As a scattering tool based on probabilistic algorithms there is no solution for precise adjusting corners and boards together, as Forest Pack is developed to distribute a large number of objects in a random way.

Kind regards,

Hi...Not a solution exactly, but you might try Railclone Pro, or Mighty Tiles, or Vizpark walls and tiles to get that...
