Problem with green walls

Hello! it's my first post at forums! I'm trying to do a green wall and I'm getting this error (image attached). I checked the folder and the file _fp_greenWall1.max is there!
It only happens with Grape Ivy XY, not with the UV.

What can I do?

Until we release the update to the public feel free to replace attached file in Your Vertical library folder:

I just had the same error and i just installed the new forest pro for vray 5
(the file/fix you sent 2 years ago still work) but i guess u want to debug it in the online version
