Hq standard libraries gone?

Hi again,

After I installed Fp 4.01, the hq plants and grass libraries don't show up anymore as they used to do.
Normally after the first install of fp, you'd have to point to the library path to install the hq libraries, but I don't see that feature anymore.

I could try to add it as a custom library, but that's such a hassle with thumbnails.

Any ideas ?

Please try reinstalling HQ Catalog. That should solve the problem.

Another question: am I missing something, or is it impossible to set the scale and density falloff for surfaces?
If not, it would be a great feature and timesaver, because now I have to extract shapes/splines from surface edges to have scale and density falloff.
I import most of my surfaces from 3d cad software and don't do much modelling/extrusions in max.

No, sorry. Density and scale falloff work only with splines, not directly with edges of a surface.

We will take a look to it, perhaps we could implement internally some workaround.
