Odd problem with density of proxies
« on: May 25, 2011, 06:28:40 PM »
I am using a number of small vrayproxies of grass within an FP object. I am using the 'dense' distribution. At 3m, the distribution looks quite even, but when I reduce that to 2m, the density in one of the splines looks far higher than the larger spline.

The bounding areas for the FP objects are all part of the same spline.

Kind Regards,
Rich

This is an effect of the algorithm that we use to limit the number of items on viewports, but it is a display issue only. Both splines should generate the same density on render.
