Title: It takes a long time to try to start the Forest Pack

Hello
When I try to start the Forest Pack, it takes a long time as shown in the video. (about 5 minutes).

Can you tell me what is causing this?

Forest Pack Pro v7.0.6
3dsMax2020
OS : windows１0

It occurs in all scenes, not in a particular scene.

That sounds bad. If You would be willing to give it some time, please try following:

Please download process explorer  (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/sysinternals/downloads/process-explorer)
During the middle of the freeze, run the Process Explorer, find the "3dsmax.exe" process, select it, go to Process > Create Dump > Create Minidump... and save the file.

Compress it and send (https://forum.itoosoft.com/faq/how-to-send-a-file-to-itoo-software/) to us using wetransfer. We will take a look into it.

Please make sure You are using 3dsmax with latest service pack. Otherwise we can't analyze it.

Is it better to create the .dmp file in the frozen state of Geometry>Itoo Software>ForestPack selection?

are those two events? in the event where it takes long time to move forward. if it happens in more than one time, make more than one dmp.
