Reinstall windows

Hi. If I reinstall windows in my laptop, I have forest install and work right now. When put the licence on in forest. That count like one of the 5 licencing opportunities to change hardware?

Hi,

The activation is needed when a different "Hardware ID" is detected - our licensing system uses a unique ID based on different elements of the computer, also one of them is the hard disk signature. This particular signature is provided by Windows OS and usually, the reinstallation affects it. For security reasons, I'm afraid, we can't provide you with more details regarding the Hardware ID.
