Rendering on IPR changes objects preview while on edit mode

Hi
Dont know when this start to happen but, rendering with IPR on Vray makes Forest objects in Edit Mode to change to Planes and not the used proxy, making difficult to know which object its the one selected, also its really diffucult to select the forest object from the viewport and it takes alot of time to show it on modify panel, I dont remember that this happened before.

Thanks for your feedback. Like in the case of the RailClone plug-in - currently, when using the IPR/IR, switching to the Points-Cloud mode would be highly recommendable.
