Keep getting licencing errors when I first open Max

I have a licence server service running but I keep getting a message saying that there are no licences and it will render in box mode. I'm using Max 2017 with network licenses.
If I restart the windows (10) service then it will work after a short moment.

I'm not running the latest forest and RC - it's the one before that (sorry I'm currently rendering so am not sure of the version number)

Additional (and most likely irrelevant) info:

- I had installed the licence server on one of my nodes as I was switching between my laptop and workstation. but now the license server resides on my workstation (the one that I'm also working on).
- I had previously had an issue because there were two instances of the licence server running but I have since stopped that and this issue occurs even when this is the only network computer that is switched on.

Any ideas how to fix this?

*edit* Note: My network license is configured with the IP address of the correct computer i.e. my workstation.

Would you mind to to send us the log file from the Itoo Software License Manager - License Server tab - View Log... to analyse it here? Thanks in advance.
