I have a number of the Laubwerk libraries and had a problem with the most recent one I installed where it separated it out as a new library, so I decided to uninstall every pack and start again to reintegrate with Forest Pack to make sure all of the assets are up to date.
Now when I install all of the packs there are no English names listed (along with the latin) when I open from the Forest Pack library like they used to have - see pic 1.
Then when I choose a tree I used to be able to see the different options - for example 'Silver Birch (Variant 1 Young)'. Now there is no text telling me which one it is - see pic 2.
When I import one of the trees from the Forest Library it picks up half of the name so shows the geometry as '(Variant 1 Young)' without the tree name which is going to be very time consuming going through renaming everything.
As a workaround, the Laubwerk Plant Library Browser does show all the names so can import and select that way but it's a lot simpler to do it straight from the Forest Library.
Any ideas how to fix this?

Hi,
I'm sorry to hear, you're facing these troubles, but I‘m afraid, that since a time ago, the integration with our plug-in is done completely by a corresponding third-party company that provides their vegetation packages (in this case Laubwerk GmbH) and we keep preparing it just for our The3dGarden plant collections. I would recommend you report it directly to them as we can‘t do much more in this case. Thanks for your comprehension.
Best regards,

No problem, thanks for the info.
I've been in touch with Laubwerk and it's a known problem with their more recent releases. Hopefully there will be a fix soon.
