License Error Cannot Activate Forect Pack Pro

Hello, forest pack team
I am not able to install/activate the license server
When I install License server 1.2, halfway through the installation I get the following error:
Error 113
Database Error (Register not found)
Error activating license file

Please help me

Would you mind to send us a screenshot of the License Manager - Licenses tab and license(s) details (by using the Details... button)? Thanks in advance.

I solved the problem by activating after installing the license server

How was this problem fixed?  I am having the same issue.  I updated the server to version 1.2 then I tried to install railclone for Max 2017 and go the following error...."Database Error (register not found) Please retry later or contact itoo Software".  How do I fix this?

Please, contact with our support staff from here. Each case must be checked individually.

This error means the license doesn't exist in our database. Usually it happens because:

a) The license has been cancelled and replaced for other (i.e. when a Stand-alone is converted to Network).
b) It's a non-legitimate license.
