Title: License not found in network

I recently swapped my hard drive for an ssd and in order not to lose my data I used software to clone my old hard drive. Everything works fine but when I use the forestpack he warns that there is no server on the network.
I have re-installed the software and requested a new activation code, but nothing works.
Has anyone had a similar problem?
