Title: License problems

Hi guys,

We are getting license problems after installing FP 9.1.1, when opening 3dsmax 2024 & 2025 we are getting the message "There are not available licenses of Forest Pack in the License Server."

Our licenses are valid until middle of next yeard, license server is 1.5, the license server shows the licenses but no users using them.

Any help appreciated.

Hi Jason,

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing these issues. Could you please send us (https://forum.itoosoft.com/faq/how-to-send-a-file-to-itoo-software/) the log file from the Itoo Software License Manager? You can find it under the License Server tab by selecting View Log... - it should help us analyze the problem. Thank you in advance.

Hi!
I've gotten the same problem. My license is still valid.
License manager saids it ended this year but client portal says it was just renewed few months ago, which is actually true.
Went ahead to extract log file but it opens an empty window.

If you have renewed the maintenance plan of your licenses, please be sure to activate the license code you received by e-mail, as described here (https://docs.itoosoft.com/installation/updating-renewed-licenses).
This step is necessary to update the maintenance date of the licenses.

Oooops, you're totally right Carlos.
By adding the renewal code manually, it worked like a charm.
Missed that crucial step. Thanks!
