License server - remove licenses?

Select it in the License Manager and click Shift+Del.

I would like to change from xp64 to win7 on the same machine. Can i just save the activation status code, Hardware ID, and forest serial to reactivate the license after a complete reinstall?

No, a Windows reinstallation changes the machine ID. You must reactivate the license.
