Title: Light String

Light string, how can I make the lights and the ends of the wires have some distance? The lights should not be generated at both ends. Attached is the max file. Thank you!

Hi,

In this particular case, since the number of lights on these splines is equal, you can use the Geom ID > Sequence mode and disable the first and last items. However, for this purpose, the RailClone plug-in would be a more effective solution, as it allows you to easily define the use of only the Corner Input. Please find attached modified versions of your scene. I hope this helps.

But my basic object is a group of lamp models and light objects. Can RC pick them up?

Apologies for the delayed response. Yes, the RailClone plug-in can handle these groups, including light objects. Please feel free to review the previously attached scene 250326_light_RC_ITOOSOFT.max.
