Help! I need to download the latest version, I am locked out of my account. (inputted password wrong a couple too many times I guess) I have emailed but no-one has got back to me cheers.

We have not received your message. Did you use the support form (http://www.itoosoft.com/support/contact.php) or other way ?

Anyway, i just unlocked the account and sent the password to your e-mail address.
