I have one more complex scene, and i needed to update materials on the foliage geometry i am scattering. So I have assigned new materials to my source objects, but they did not get propagated to the Forest objects so some of my geometry objects still have randomly
assigned old materials.
So now i have spent two hours tweaking materials just to realize that it was waste of time since ForestPack broke. What's the solution for this? I can't really imagine pain of going through every geometry objects in every of my forest object every single time i re-assign materials to source instances, and keep cross checking if stuff updated properly
