Forest Effects - People watching a concert

Hello,

I am trying to achieve a Forest Effects of people looking at a concert stage but one of the preset effects is not working properly, as i would need.

The closest i could get is dividing the crowd into 2 different set of FP with "Look at Object with Falloff" applied like the attachment. But one of them is bending to the wrong direction and sometimes bending too much.

Anyone has a good solution for this?
