Title: Models randomly turn white

I have a problem using VIZPark real-gras models. They randomly turn white. Right after import all materials seems okay. But from time to time they turn white. I have to delete the model and put it again into FPP.

I use Octane-Render and import models as Xrefs.
FPP Version 4.3.7.
3dsmax 2015, latest SP.

Any ideas here how to fix it?
