Disappear some bush
« on: March 01, 2012, 10:59:08 AM »
Hi all, i've have a problem with forest pack 3.8:
i made a bush with custom edit creation (click on scene to create trees) and than i go to modify panel select trees edit mode, i select my single bush and i duplicate it with standard 3ds mode (shift + move). The problem is that, when i reopen the scene, some of bushes (70% more or less) disappear, appear only when i go to modify panel and return to trees edit mode, but when i close tree edit moden they disappear again, in viewport and render too.
Anyone could help me?

Thank you and sorry for my english :P

Probably you have active some of the render optimizations as the camera view restriction, please try to uncheck in the Camera rollup the "Limit to Visibility" option:

http://www.itoosoft.com/forestpack/reference/refcamera.php

In other hand, if you have a high number of elements (tens of thousands), the viewport is hiding some of them to improve redraw speed. To check the settings for viewport see the Display rollup:

http://www.itoosoft.com/forestpack/reference/refdisplay.php

If these solutions doesn't solve the problem, please tell me for further checkings.
