Unable to launch Forest Pack Pro from 3dMAX

Hi,

I have a user that's having issues launching this software from 3dMAX. I've attached the screenshots of the errors that shes' getting. I've searched and not sure what's going on. Any help would be appreciated.

nevermind, i fixed it by uninstalling and reinstalling.
