Title: Network License problem with Forest Pro 6

Hello, with the update to forest pro 6, our network license is not recognized when opening forest in 3dsMax. The log of the license manager on our server indicates "lease time expired" and "product 9 not found". So maybe is it a problem with the recognition of this new version of forest pro ?

Hi, has there been a resolution to this as we have the same problem, I don't think it is related to the new release though because this happened to us before upgrading.

From previous cases, Product 9 not found means the license is not loaded in license manager.

If that is not the case, please send us the log file (from the Itoo Software License Manager - License Server tab - View Log...)
Also, please provide us screen-shots of the License Manager - Licenses tab and all Licenses Details (by using the Details... button).
