No scattered objects visible

Hi,

I´ve just purchased ForestPackPro (8.2.6) and don´t see any scattered objects in 3dsmax2022 / 2024.
I´ve send the maxfile to my collegue and there the objects appear.
He´s working for years with the plugin and does not find any reason why it doesn´t work here.

The original meshes are present and also the licence is active and showing up under "About".

Any ideas are very welcomed - thank you!

Hi,

It's hard to tell what's going on from the screen shot. My first thought is to check the Areas rollout and endure the Surface option is enabled. If that doesn't help, please feel free to send over the file to helpdesk@itoosoft.com and we can take a closer look.
