Title: No texture in map folder

Hi,

There are textures missing in my maps folder as below:

Users\mypc\AppData\Local\Itoo Software\Forest Pack Pro\lib\Presets\Gravel\maps
Users\mypc\AppData\Local\Itoo Software\Forest Pack Pro\lib\Presets\Lawns\maps
Users\mypc\AppData\Local\Itoo Software\Forest Pack Pro\lib\Presets\Meadows\maps
Users\mypc\AppData\Local\Itoo Software\Forest Pack Pro\lib\Presets\Mulch\maps
Users\mypc\AppData\Local\Itoo Software\Forest Pack Pro\lib\Presets\Rugs\maps
Users\mypc\AppData\Local\Itoo Software\Forest Pack Pro\lib\3D\Flowers and grass\maps

Others folder is ok

I have try unistall the above folder using update manager and reinstall sevral time, but still cannot solve the problem, need help!

I am using Forest Pack Pro 7.1.2

Hi,

For your info, i have try uminstall forest pack and delete all the maps and effect folder, and reinstall everything, still only the 6 folders have no textures in their map folder, anyone can help me?

Hi, Maps and assets are installed by the Update Manager (https://docs.itoosoft.com/installation/update-manager) tool.

Please, open it (Windows menu->Itoo Software->Update Manager), and check if there is some package pending to download.
If needed, you can reinstall everything from Actions->Uninstall All, and clicking the "Install" button in the bottom, to download all packages again.

Hi,

For your info, i did uninstall all package and reinstall using update manager ( I have done that several time ), but still cannot solve the problem, is that a way where i can donwload manually, and then copy and paste all maps into the specify folder?

Just to add to Carlos' answer. The libraries you listed are older from when we used to aggregate all of the maps into a single folder instead of saving them individually to the library's directory as we do now. You should be able to find this map folder at the following location:

C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Itoo Software\Forest Pack Pro\maps

In the Update Manager it is a separate download too, so this is the one you want to check is installed.

Hi Paul,

Do you mean even though all the library is download separately in the update manager but all the textures will save into the maps folder you mention above?

That's right, for those libraries that you listed the download is a separate package in download manager that will extract to

C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Itoo Software\Forest Pack Pro\maps

Thank you for your help.

I just check the folder and it got all the textures in it, but when i check my material editor, it show a word "JPEG File" as shown as the attach print screen, anyway I will try delete foreat pack in my scene and re-do again, see whether it solve the problem or not.
