Problem with scene. strange scaling issues

I have this scene.

I can not scatter the objects in a right way. I have a mesh which is correct in meter size. But I cannot scatter anything with forest pro. I get this huge "F" which normally use to be small. What can ce the problem with my scene.

I have imported this mesh from microstation into 3ds max as a fbx file.

Very frustrating that I cannot find the answer.

Have you tried to Xform reset your plane ?

It also may be a problem with the surface's normals. If the XForm reset doesn't work, try applying a Normal modifier as well.

In any case, if you don't solve the problem, please send us the surface and we will check it.

Have tried reset xform. no good.

I will try with the normail modifier
