Title: Reduce seats on recent license renewal

Hi All,
Yesterday I renewed our license for Forest Pack which was for 5 seats. It transpires that we only need 1 seat rather than 5. Is it possible to reduce this down to 1 and get a refund on the other 4 seats?

Help greatly appreciated.
