Hi, Probably your license was not updated with the latest renewal code, as described
here.
This step is needed to synchronize the 'Maintenance End' date of the license (which can be checked at License Manager->License->Details).
Basically, a license only can be used with versions of the software released before its 'Maintenance End' date.
Please, try this:
- Request a copy of the license code from the
User Panel->My Licenses, 'Resend Keys' button.
- Activate it in the License Server, in the usual way.
Hopefully that should fix the problem.
