Rotation in angles?

Can I force FPP objects to rotate in angles 0,90,180,270 ?

For a random distribution, you can create four chair samples (rotated at 0,90,180, 270) and use them in the Geom List. If you need to rotate each chair a specific angle, the only way is to use the Custom Edit mode and scatter them using other object as reference (Creation Tools->Reference objects):
