“Sign in to iToo Software” ERROR

 I was prompted when I logged in to my ID “There are errors in the form, please check the data. Your account is locked. Need request new password.”
I tried to follow the steps you provided to enter the email and ID number. My 2 mailboxes have not seen your reply until today.

I clicked Forgot password?
I sent a note, there was no mail in my mailbox for 3 days :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :(

I regret that my client let me work on weekends because I can't live without the forest, but the activation problem prevents me from working. I tried to reset from your link but so far I haven't received any password reset Information
