Deleted custom objects still not appear after reassignment

Hi,

Mistakenly I've deleted some objects from my scene, objects which where assigned as custom objects. After bringing them back and re-assigning them, the forest pro object still doesn't show them. How can I fix this issue? Is there an update functionality that I'm missing?

Hi,

Not really. Once assigned in the Geometry rollout, custom objects should be visible again.
Is there some difference creating and assigning a standard object (as a teapot) ?

Just a thought - Is the surface auto refresh checked ? I sometimes forget to check it and items do not update.
