We've replied by email, but we'll post here too so that other users who are encountering similar issues can benefit.
In the last few weeks, we have been informed that Dell is making multiple Bios updates that is affecting our activations. Our licenses are locked to your hardware, so any change that makes out licensing software recognise the hardware as hacing changed requires a new activation. Unfortunately this includes BIOS updates.
We are sorry that this is causing our users inconvenience. If this happens, then please contact us via our
support form to request additional activations.
We are monitoring the incident, and the development team is looking for alternatives.
