An antivirus, would not prevent your software finding licences, and according to your earlier posts, both FP and RC appear to be working perfectly well. However an antivirus, could prevent certain pieces of code from running, which might have been installed for whatever reason, but which are not actually part of FP or RC

Another thing that could prevent legitimate software from running, would be a firewall. By blocking a program from connecting to the internet and in that case you would have to go into the firewall and allow said program to connect.

Hi,

The License Server is by default using port 16720 so this should be accessible. It have to be open both for TCP and UDP protocols on both sides (for example Windows Firewall / anti-virus software could be blocking the connection for this port).

Also, I would suggest you to set the IP of the licensing server computer "manually" rather than finding it automatically. That could be done during the installation or by using the "Change License Mode" wizard after setting Network license mode in Configure the Network License window.

Best regards,
