Preset Grape Ivy XY Not Working

I tried using several of the vertical presets. All of the ones I tried worked except Grape Ivy XY. Grape Ivy UV worked bot not Grape Ivy XY. I tried using the Grape Ivy XY with a simple rectangle spline and get the error message in the attached screen grab. The file exists in my system under the directory shown in the error message so...? I'm not sure if I am doing something wrong or there is a problem with the grape_ivy_xy.max file or ...?

Any help with this will be much appreciated. I'd like to use it in the XY mode if possible. Thanks!

Apologies for that.  Please use attached index.xml file to replace the faulty one at this location:
%localappdata%\Itoo Software\Forest Pack Pro\lib\Presets\Vertical

This is pending to be fixed globally for all users. But in case You want it faster then use attached file.
