Shall I keep these reference objects in my final scene ?
« on: March 20, 2017, 05:02:40 AM »
Hi iToosoft,
I will create a large forest with lots of reference objects (about 50 thousands). I will put these reference objects into a Forest. But can I delete these reference objects after creating my trees ? I will change some tree or recreate another trees in these exact positions. Will forest pro remember these positions after deleting these reference objects ?

I'm looking forward to your answer. Many thanks.

Hi,

Having Forest's items placed as wanted, please feel free to delete those "reference objects" (there's no dynamic link).

Best regards,

By the way, it is possible to make dynamic link between the "refernce object" and the tree created by it ?
For example , the "refernce object" moves actively and the tree create by it moves Passively on the surface simultaneously ? How to do that ? Thanks

Hi, actually it's not possible. This is one of the features we like to change for next releases.
