Trees disappear on different frames
« on: March 14, 2012, 10:18:57 PM »
I have a fairly complicate file that in the animate camera, one frame the trees are on, the next they are not, and the one after that they are on again. I have several forest objects, and they all turn off near and far in the display. It renders this way as well.

I have tried to turn off the occlude by camera, density, and merging the xref.  Nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

I have attached the two frames so you can see what i mean.

Please, try to isolate the problem in a separate scene including only the essential objects (trees, splines and so). If it fails, send us the Max scene to check it.

My file is too large to post, should I send it to you via email?
