Hi Matthias,
First let me mention, that you might find interesting the new
"Creating Libraries" tutorial we published few days ago, covering related "libraries" topic in detail.
By default, the
LibraryDir key (set to default "local" library path) is created in Windows Registry under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Itoo Software\Forest Pack Pro *
storing libraries (like
Forest Library) paths. Feel free to set it to any
network path wanted and this way share that library between your workstations.
In case of your own predefined libraries these can be mapped easily using
Library Browser's interface. Under
File - Preferences... you'll find
Library Paths section. Here by
Add... you can map path to any user library. This way you can build a custom library on a shared drive and map it on all computers that'll use it.
* Please note, that in the 64 bit version of Windows, these registry keys are duplicated under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node.
Kind regards,
