Title: update all\selected (surfaces) via shortcut and lister

Dear Itoo, It'd be extremely helpful to have a keyboard shortcut for update all\selected command and via Lister.  Is it doable?

Hi,

Currently, our plug-in does not support customizing shortcuts. However, in the Forest Lister (https://docs.itoosoft.com/forestpack/forest-lister), you can use the 'Select All' and 'Rebuild Selected Objects' buttons. I hope this helps.

The Lister's Rebuild never worked*. Besides starting render, only "Refresh Now" in FP Toolbox does, but it's ridiculous to use a script for such a basic task.
*- I just PMed some example. BTW, in this file Update button in Display rollout does nothing as well, only Update All works
