Render spotlights when overlap forest items
« on: August 27, 2015, 12:26:27 AM »
Hi

Sorry for my bad english.
I have used the forest pack for first time in a scene. When I mix two different grass (lawns) in the terrain, when I render always appears like several white spotlights. It seems to me that I´ve touched something wrong and I have no experience with Forest Pack.

How can I solve this, is for a work with a deadline for this friday!! Need help.

Thanks a lot.

Hi,

Please check this "Glowing on Grass Edge" related post, as getting those artefacts would be most probably related to many overlapping objects exceeding V-Ray default transparency limit. Could be that your case?

If so, in this "Some key notes about Areas->Boundary Checking->Edge mode" post you can see how to fix that.

Best regards,
