Title: UV Mode on Surface, cannot use geometry to exclude areas

i never noticed this before, but if i use UV Mode, I cannot then add a 3d geometry object to the Area in order to exclude scattering where that 3d geometry object is.

is there another way to use a piece of geometry to exclude?

Hi

UV mode does not support geometry exclude. You can have some control when using distance map. But it does not work fully as expected.
We will check this, but don't know if this can be fixed.

Anyway attached a sample scene, maybe it will give You some ideas.
