upgraded to max 2020 and windows 10 on new machine
« on: December 11, 2019, 03:32:11 PM »
greetings, i've upgraded to max 2020 on a new computer running windows 10 pro.

i opened a file i created in a previous version of max (2018) on my old windows 7 pro machine.

i get this error message shown, but also, i'm curious as to how to generally handle messages like this or other messages that i sometimes see like a messsage that has a button "commit paths anyway?"

thanks,

EDIT: when i look at that path on my c: drive, i only see an "effects" folder and not the other one.

Yes You can commit, or delete non existant paths.

Please create new forest object and it will offer to add paths automatically to 3ds max configuration. Agree with the offer.
