I purchased Forest Pack Pro last December and never received a license key.

Hi, according to our logs, your order was processed that same day it was received (December, 12  2014).
Possibly our e-mails were blocked by some anti-spam filter. I just resent it tou your inbox.

But why you have not contacted us before ? And how are you posting from the DJ4018 account, if login credentials are included with the license ?

I found the DJ4018 in an email from iToo... but no license key.
