XY is not working

Hi, not sure what I am doing wrong. But I'm not able to use XY coordinates, only UV is working. I tried to reset xform... open a new file create a simple plane and apply a preset and still not working.

As it's really hard to say, what's happening exactly in your scene just from the provided description, if possible, please feel free to send us your scene (ideally simplified and containing just this problematic object(s)) to helpdesk@itoosoft.com to check it here.
