Hi Yuriy,

Might be, you're using proxies? You should use mesh(es) as Custom Object(s) - other types of objects - as proxies are not supported by the Map and Tint by Element feature.

Why?
Previously, everything worked fine, why should I use a mesh (object)?
I can not use mesh, I have large exteriors, if I'm going to use all the mesh then my MAX scenes will have a size larger than 3-4 GB
Will you fix it?

You have to understand - FP does not buy to use in the interior, people and I buy it to use it in the exterior.
We use it to scatter trees, grass, stones, cars and many other heavy objects.
To use all the features of FP, you offer all objects to load into the mesh version and not the proxy, into the scene.
Do you understand that this is not possible?
I can not collect all the objects in one scene. The scene will weigh 4-5GB and it will be loaded / saved for 10-20 minutes or will stop loading in 3D MAX completely.
I can only use proxy objects, I can not use mesh objects and if I can not use all the functions of the FP, I do not understand why I should pay for it.
Why do we need these changes that all break down?
You break my favorite plugin.
You promise more speed, but I do not see it. Why do you need this little increase in speed if it makes so many problems?
I hope you fix it all

I`m sure plugin developer Carlos will answer this as soon as he sees this conversation.

For now You can use xref objects. That`s my workflow(with v-ray) since long time ago. I rarely use proxies.

xref objects - not convenient to use
Proxy models are more flexible in configuring the capabilities
