Hello,
again a bug :-( I'm trying the new FP 9.0.3 and when I try to install it on a machine with network license I get an error. I've done about 4* + PC reboots. Always OK after installing FP 9.0.2.
I tried automatic search and typing the server name.

Would you mind sending us (https://forum.itoosoft.com/faq/how-to-send-a-file-to-itoo-software/) the log file from the Itoo Software License Manager - License Server tab - View Log... to analyze it here? Thanks in advance.

Weird, the log is blank.

Thanks for your prompt reply. Please use the View Log button from the License Server tab instead of the View > Log / Ctrl + L to see if there's any difference. If that doesn't help, you should be able to allocate it "manually" - where the licserv.log is stored is defined within the logFile entry of the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Itoo Software\License Server

I can see the problem now,
my license is extended until 2027, but the license manager says it will expire on June 14, 2024 :-(
Remove and reactivate?

Please open the Itoo Software License Manager, click on the Add... button, and paste the corresponding key to "reactivate" your license. Feel free to reuse the license code you received with the purchase; it's valid forever (the code remains the same all the time). Also, anytime needed, you can use the Resend keys button under User Panel - My Licenses. That should fix it.
