Hi there.
We are facing trouble rendering Forest Pack Ivy (9.0.5b) when DR is enabled.
The Master is rendering correct, but the slaves are missing the leaf-geometrie.
So we are get the classic bucket-errors.
For me it seems similar like the issue when camera-cliping is enabled in the "normal" FP.
We always disable the camera-feature when rendering DR.
Thank you in advance

Hi,
Thanks for reporting this, I've passed it to the development team for further investigation.
All the best,
Paul

Hi,
We are trying to replicate the problem here, but our tests using DR worked well (with and without a license installed).
What do you get exactly from the slave buckets ?
None is rendered ? or can you see only the branches without leaves ?
I would suggest to enable 'Transfer Missing Assets', in the Distributed Rendering settings.

Hi.
long story short:
DR on Workstation with slaves = GOOD
DR-Job sent to Rendermanager (pulze) = BAD
I'm confused right now.
I checked it once again and, if I render DR on my machine (even without trasfer missing assets), it works fine.
Only checked the default options as usual: "use local host" & "render region/test resolution warning". Btw we bearly never render DR on our workstations, instead we use Renermanager form pulze.
When sending a job to Rendermanager we get the discribed Bucket errors.
Yes you are right. Only the braches are visible.
I always wonder, how the DR jobs work with Pulze-Rendermanager. It seems that the issue has something to do with how these jobs are submitted ...
I'm pretty sure you are in contact with the pulze-team?
Maybe contacting them directly is the best option.
Thank you in advance.

Yes, we're in contact with the pulze team. I just wrote to them.

Thank you for collaborating.
The Pulze team replied that this misbehavior seems to happen only in our office.
We will use a workaround.

Same here. We did some render tests, but we could not reproduce the problem.
