FP7- Distributing lights on a spline

I am not sure if this is something that can be done, but after hearing that we can distribute lights in FP7 the first thing that came to mind was LED for headlamps on newer cars.

I am using FP7 with a distribution method of a spline. My geometry is a vray disc light. Once I have it distributed the way I want I add my car and FP7 lights distribution to animate along a spline as if it was driving down the road. When i render the first frame everything is fine. Then once its starts animating the lights stay behind at the default location in the render,  even though my FP7 object is moving along with the car so in my viewport it looks correct.

I am including images that show my what i am talking about. two of the images are of my viewport and the other two are renders. The viewport images will show you that the FP7 LED Lights  is traveling along with the car, but the renders will show the LED lights staying behind
