Hi Shawn. Please do this, from the computer which is running the License Server:
- Open the folder where licenses are stored: C:\ProgramData\Itoo Software\Licenses
- Copy all .sls files in a zip, and send it to our support team
- Delete all your licenses, using the "Delete" button or clicking Shift+Del.
- Add the licenses and activate them again, using the license codes you received with the purchase.
We have introduced changes in the licensing system for FP7, which requires a reactivation.
Usually the License Manager should update the licenses automatically, but perhaps there is something wrong in the process, so we'll test your licenses here.
