Compatibility with dense meshes

Hi guys!

First of all I love the ForestIvy and many users I bet are happy with it.
I've noticed only a limitation which I can't understand, how the Ivy works on the meshes exactly? If I use complicated meshes, like statues or Quixel 3D models or even a simple box with a Subdivide modifier on it, Ivy doesn't work, it doesn't grow up on these surfaces.

I don't know what I am doing wrong.
I attached a very simple example, on the left we have a simple box on the right a box with more segments. I applied the Ivy object on both boxes and on the left it grows up correctly while on the right it stays as it is on the Baseline. I've notice this to any base objects which has more segments.... Is something wrong???

Hi Dionysios,

That's interesting. In our internal tests, it works fine with high-poly objects. I recommend using the Reset XForm utility to check if the issue could be related to some transformation issue. Additionally, could you try changing the Random Seed value to see if it makes any difference?

Hello Michal and thanks for getting back.

I've tried again with very simple objects and it doesn't work on my side.
On a simple box everything is fine, on a segmented box or on a simple teapot the Ivy doesn't grow.
I am sending you the scene so you can check if you want.

Thank you for sharing the scene. The issue appears to be related to the System Unit Scale in your scene, which is currently set to Meters. You shouldn't encounter this problem when working in Centimeters. We'll investigate it further. We truly appreciate your quick feedback.

Oh! Good to know but all of my scenes are in meters for years now...
I'll try to change this temporarily, hoping you guys can find a solution to this.
