") and download again these files?HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Itoo Software\Update Manager\Packages
Reinstalling the plug-in is highly recommendable too. If the issue persists, would you mind to send us
the Update Manager's log file located at:C:\Users\<yourUsername>\AppData\Local\Itoo Software\Update Manager\update.log
to analyze it here?
