Hi Guys!
My customer account has been blocked after the first attempt.
I was wrong to pass once and immediately was blocked.
Any particular reason to have this sensitivity?

Hi,
Upon our records, there were 10 attempts (the account is blocked automatically after three failed login attempts). I've sent you new login credentials by email.
